Mike's Fence

Mike is great! He showed up within a day or two to give me an estimate, and finished the work within the week. My fence had been squashed by a falling tree limb, and both fence (chain link) and a couple of (horizontal) poles and a (vertical) post needed to be replaced.

It went well. This was the second job we hired Mike to do. Both jobs were pretty involved and took a while to complete. Lots of rocks to contend with, and lots of heavy posts and rails to install. Mike is pretty easy-going and pleasant to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again.

I can't say enough about Mike and his crew. They arrived when they said they would and because the area was finished they performed the work so you did not even know it was just done, the area was spotless when they left. Also I had an extra vinyl panel and asked if they could put it next to house as a wind shield, they said yes, all that was needed was an extra end post. When it arrived they were there the next day to install. This was a wonderful experience! I never write a review, but I had to this time they were THAT GOOD A+++++. I"m not a friend (we are now) or relative, got his name from the fencing company, best reference ever. You could not go wrong hiring this company, you'll be glad you did. If this sounds like too many accolades it is well deserved. Thanks Mike!

Mike listened to our needs, and provided services to correspond with exactly what we discussed. The workmanship was great, we are very happy.

Working with Mike was great from start to finish, and even after the fact.
First, Mike and his son came out to take measurements and take a look at our yard in order to provide an estimate. He did so and gave us a breakdown of both a wooden fence and a vinyl fence estimate. He even split the cost between the sides of the yard and the back of the yard so we could share with our neighbors as one had mentioned splitting the cost of one side.
When we finally scheduled Mike to come out (our delay, not his) he was always very professional. We met Mike and his crew on the first morning of work to make sure everything was ready to go but then left them to work. When we arrived home later that day, we had half a new fence. Two days later, the entire thing was finished. There was a delay with our gates from the manufacturer, and then a rain delay, but Mike promptly hung the gates as soon as he could.
It's worth noting that our backyard is not flat, contains ledge and part of the fence had to go into a retaining wall with steel posts. Not the easiest space to work in. Mike explained the challenges, what the finished fence would look like and how he would work around the issues. Everything is as described and we are pleased with the outcome.
The work was finished in late September, but in February, one section came loose in the winter wind. I contacted Mike on a Saturday via email and heard back from him the same day. He came to fix the fence on Monday and reinforce the joint that had come apart.

Mike and his crew did an amazing job installing my fence. He first came out and provided me a free quote which he stuck to. He was able to squeeze my job in earlier than expected due to another cancellation which I greatly appreciated. His work is top notch. What sets him apart from most other contractors, is his communication skills. He was always very punctual in returning my calls if I had any questions. He and his crew were very polite and courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning up when the job was done. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I will definitely recommend and use him for all my future fencing needs.

4 workers came out. The interaction with them was great. They were pretty prompt, they were a B grade prompt, not an A grade. They were fantastic, they picked up everything. Communications weren't as good as they should have been. Sometimes delays weren't communicated, and it took them a while to come out and install the order, and when they came to install the pickets were all wrong, so they had to remove them and had the manufacturer cut them again, so they took care of it, but it was just an extra step.

Mike is very friendly and called us right back.  He came when he said he would, did a quality job, and his prices are fair.  All in all, it was a good experience.  If you have any fencing needs, I would highly recommend this company.

Mike arrived when scheduled for estimate meeting. He was very professional. He delivered as promised. The amount that was estimated was exactly what was charged. My neighbors have given many complements regarding Mikes work. I still have 1 side of the fence that needs to be replaced and I will be contacting him again

Great service, reasonable prices, great job

I received 4 quotes for the job.  Mike gave us the least expensive quote and has subsequently installed a great fence for us.  We paid 50% to the supply company at order and 50% upon completion of the job.  You are not paying for advertising or a retail shop with Mike - just the cost of supplies and labor for a few guys to install.  Mike is a very good guy who has clearly been doing this a long time.  He was always responsive, punctual and professional with us and we greatly appreciate it.

Showed up on the date promised, removed and installed on same date, left site in better condition than he found it! Very neat and professional job. Would defiantly use again

Mike came to look at the job and emailed an estimate within 2 days. His estimate was considerably less than another estimate we got. He gave us an approximate time when he could do the job, and did it within a week of his estimated time. The fence was professionally installed, and he accommodated a couple of changes we decided to make from when he gave us the estimate. He told us how much extra this would cost, and he charged us exactly what was estimated; no surprises. He left our yard clean, with very minimal damage from the installation. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone needing a fence.

Mike came to give me a price when he said he would, and his estimate on the spot was basically what he ended up charging me.
The job was done on time, and he did a good, clean job.
Two years later I am just calling him again to add a new part to our fence.
I would recommend it to everyone.
