Gregory did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond and the price was fantastic for what he did. I had two other tile guys that I had to fire because it was a complicated job and they were doing it wrong. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him in the future. He was a professional and his helper was professional as well. They were complete gentleman.

They work with another comapny as a team. He recommends other people to. He doesn't do it himself. Sometimes he is high on price. He is honest and comes and does the work when he says he will.

We were very impressed with Greg's dedication to our job, and we're very pleased with the results. Our house is old and has many weirdnesses, so the project took longer than his original expectations (and expanded some), but we were not terribly surprised by this. He was willing to work with suppliers more than any contractor I've ever worked with--he independently met with our tile distributor to try to plan the work, and he doesn't up-charge for supplies. He uses high-quality materials and we were pleased with the subcontractors he used as well.

They work in conjunction with another company. I would call them again. The only thing I felt bad about was, the contractor called me a number of times because he was going to do some work for my brother-in-law. He kept calling me to see if I have put a report on Angie's service. I did not do it because my nephew does all the typing for me. They were excellent. They gave me a bunch of ideas to make the job cheaper. They kept calling me to save me money but not for doing the service. One time they were late but they called and asked if I was going to be at home. They followed up and they called all the time. There were some parts that they needed and instead of sending me to get it, they went to the store and got it for me. I don't think they charged me for it. I didn't know how many feet of tiles to get or anything else, so they did all the work. The colors didn't match and so they got something else. They did everything perfectly. The pricing was excellent. The only thing was, after they started the job they found extra things that had to be done. When they took off the tile, the wood was rotted behind the tiling and that wasn't included. They wrote that on the report ahead of time. It was mentioned that if they find something, it would be an extra cost which they did find. The wood was rotted and so that was extra. They let me know ahead of time about that. Everything came up perfect. I will use their services again in the future.

Greg was the contractor on this job, he did the demolition and rebuilding of the floor and walls, and coordinated the tiling and plumbing. The building is old (1920's) and the floor had dropped so it needed to be rebuilt. The sink, toilet and fixtures came out first, then Greg removed the floor and two tub walls that were being replaced and repaired the damaged joists in the floor. The floor and walls were then built back up and leveled so the tile and new fixtures could be installed. This is a tough job in my building because the old floor was mud (very thick cement) and of course the remaining walls weren't exactly square any longer. The job went over price and over schedule but I am used to that with construction. I am very happy with how the job turned out.
