Description of Work: In March of this year we were hit withback to back torential rain storms causing our downstairs to be completely flooded. After working out the details of how we are goin to pay for repairs it was May and we began to look for contractors, my neighbor ad the same issue and I noticed that she ad a contractor at her house because she was flooded as well. I was impressed by the workers being there every day, weekends, late in evening. I went to get a bid from him, he seemed decent his price was comprable to other bids he said he was finishing up with the neighbor and it would take him a month to do our downstairs, It is now 5 months later and my downstairs is no where near complete, weeks go by and you don't see anyone, come to find out the neighbors had the same problem with him in the beginning, in fact he has not completed their job and they are holding his tools until he completes. I had to threaten him with the AG's office and FEMA to get him to show up one day, and I had to demand that the materials be brougt to the job sight, it appears he takes on more than he can chew and runs out of money
