July 1, the beginning of the long holiday weekend, 7am. Opened freezer and found contents almost thawed and water under fridge. Panic. I called Tomas at 9am, and at 12 noon had a lovely new fridge in my kitchen delivered by two great guys. This octogenarian is most grateful for this company that bends over backwards to help. I researched Toma on Angies List and drove to their. Brockton store. We bought a floor model at a very fair price, beating all the big-box stores prices and Toma arranged to have a Mastwr Plumber install it.
