Had them out 3 times in the 2016 summer months because it was blowing warm air. After they came and went it blew cool air for a week or two. Summer 2017 warm air again and they admitted there was a leak in the system but didn't have time to fix so they just charged it. Now that the season has slowed down I'm trying to get them to fix but am getting run around. Also, I have asked at least 6 times to get reciets so I can apply for a rebate and 1.5 years later never got. Tired of playing games and I'm ready to take them to court. Website says they're permanently closed but I know they're still out there doing "work ". .....you have been warned-stay far away
