Durable Remodeling

They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would tell a friend that they are good. They came back to make sure everything was okay. They came on time.

Dean oversaw project. Always stayed in contact on progress. His crew was great. Always on time, professional, answered any questioned I had.

It went great!  Dean and his staff are professional, punctual, courteous, and fast.  Dean was the first person to call via a local search for door installers.  He immediately set up a time that was convenient for us and was punctual and prepared.  Once I chose the doors and bars, and got in his input (very helpful), Dean ordered the doors and bars for us.  He followed up when the material were in at Home Depot and set up an installation date.  He and his staff were on time, prepared, and fast.  They did the whole job in 3 hours tops and cleaned up.  There was no mess at all.  These guys ARE GREAT!!!!!  I will recommend Durable Remodeling to everyone and anyone.  The prices are fair, not overpriced, and his work staff are polite and friendly.  The doors and bars look great and the installation was perfect!  I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Moved the crew showed up on time and were very neat.  I was going away for the next week and they had the deck done on my return.  The only hold up was the town not sending an inspector to inspect the footings before I left on my trip.  The house vinyl siding was patched where the old railings were removed. I am more than satisfied and would not hesitate to use or recommend them to anyone

Great workmanship and quality materials. Arrived on time and had work done when promised. Cleaned up after work completed. Workers were great guys and put up with my many questions with no problems at all. Dean was great to work with when. A small problem came up (not with the work) and was rectified better than what I expected. All in all, I would highly recommend Durable Remodeling.

Dean was great. He was very punctual and on time. His Painter Al was also very good.
They were always there to answer questions as the project went along.

It went well. They are a local, family-run company that hired local people to work for them. They also used, whenever they could, local manufacturers. For example my windows were manufactured by a local company. They provided good communication each day about the status of the projects.

They were very accommodating and professional.  We were very satisfied with the job.

After many estimates both high and low the wife and I chose Durable Remodeling almost immediately after getting the estimate (after checking references and reviews). Dean and his crew were top notch in providing us with a deck that had dimensions I specified. The deck is 21' long by 15' deep. He addressed my issue with structural sturdiness. I wanted to make sure the deck could hold the weight of numerous guests as the old one was sketchy holding just four adults. The deck he and his crew built will last a 100 years and could hold 25 adults without so much as a creak. The support structure is awesome. Go big or go home!
The wife and I were so impressed with the quality and speed at which this was built, that we ended up hiring him to demo the old concrete that was under the former deck and installing lattice enclosures for underneath (deck comes off second story of a split level). This they managed to pull off in a day. At the end of the day, each day they were here, the site was cleaned up (as best could be during construction) and at the end of each job it looked as if they had never been (except for a giant deck!)
If there are any projects in the future that are beyond my ability, I am definitely calling Durable Remodeling to make sure i get what I want at a reasonable price.

Paul, the Project Manager, was pleased with the promptness, the service and especially the work provided by Dean Willette of Durable Remodeling.  When we ran into an issue with a deck, Dean worked with the Trust and owner to rebuilt the problem deck.  Did a great, professional job!  Continually cleaned up as they worked and completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule!  The Trust was so pleased with their work that we contracted with Dean to return in the Spring of 2014 and give the back of the building the same face lift!

They were really good. They were on time and they didn't mess around. They came out and did the work. They were straight forward about everything. They came out the next day and they finish up the window and boarded up the siding. It was good work and good communication and timing.

Dean was the guy who initially showed up to the house and gave me the quote. he also stayed and did the work, which I like,. The guys were on time everyday, and friendly. The job was done right on schedule. At first they just came to do the roof but I liked the way they worked so I hired them to do the siding, deck, windows and a front door. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. they did a fantastic job. my house looks amazing.
