When you work for a company and have a personality which demands honesty, the best people in the business are working for Copperwood Real Estate, Inc.  I worked as their office manager, however, I'm also a consumer and hired agents to appraise our property, give me information as to what buyers look for whenever searching for a new home and advice about everything real estate related.
A small business with a huge heart and unbelievable visions for how the business is changing in interesting ways.  They have no problems offering anybody free advice and treat all customers as if they are their only customers.
The company hires the best agents and, if an occasional bad egg gets through, the owners have no problems letting that agent go.  Other agencies will keep every agent they meet to increase sales, however, Copperwood has only the best working for them.  No matter what the market is like.
