Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
It was an extremely terrible experience on Oct 17th, 2025. Electrician Tony was very rude throughout the job. After the electric panel was replaced, he did not want to answer me when I asked what he had labeled for the breaker circuits. He was very impatient and rude. At the end, Chris was also very rude and tried to charge me extra fees which he specified waiving them in the email trails. Electrician Tony threatened me if I don?t pay what they want, he would go back to my apartment and remove the newly installed panel. He told him that I would call the police if he tried to do that and he backed off. Finally, Chris charged me the correct amount fee. What a crazy terrible experience I had with RAY BROWN ELECTRIC company people on this Oct 17th 2025 date.

Randy showed up and was polite. I showed him what had to be done and he agreed. When he came back he had all the supplies he needed and went right to work. He solved a few problem with no trouble at all! He struck me as a quiet and competent worker! I’m very satisfied!
