Absolute perfection! Call was answered , no voice mail, and a rep was out the following wk to answer questions and see what we wanted to have done. Less than a wk later, we had a written estimate, very reasonable.  We chose the colors and styles and the work was started and all went smooth. The crew was on time, polite, and cleaned up each nite.

The estimate and scheduling part when fine.  The workers were late in coming and only 2 were sent.  I ended up having to help clean up the debris due to impending rain.  The workers used nails instead of screws to reinstall the window sides and left many many nails and screws lying around.  They also left a lot of smeared vinyl caulking on the inside window sills.  They were experienced and quick in doing their work - just weren't enough people to accomplish it in one day.  One of the windows was not correct and after many phone calls to the manager - who confirmed the error and "said" he had ordered the correct one - I finally gave up and it never was corrected.  The co-owner gave me a lot of grief and complaint about providing the documentation required by the IRS to get the federal rebate for energy compliant windows and I had to threaten not paying the rest of the bill to get the documentation.  He admitted that he did not want to give me the price of the windows separately from the labor because "then I would know what he charged for labor", however, the IRS required this separation in calculating the rebate because it was based on the window cost only. 

They also lied to me about not being able to get a louvered screen/storm door and said they were no longer made.  I believe this was because they did not want to bother to locate one and order it and would rather buy "off the rack" at the local suppliers.

I would not recommend them.

Their price was reasonable for the service that I got.  The job turned out really well.  The workmanship was good.  The staff was very friendly.  Everything was as expected.  I would use them again in the future.       

Our house looks like new!! The materials used are of high quality and they paid attention to small details. The crew was very professional and worked quickly. They were courteous and cleaned up wonderfully.

Everything was great and the work they did was fantastic.

This company completed a small addition and roof on the main house. They have also done windows. The salesman was knowledgeable and the workmanship was fine.
