Nice guy, but shoddy workmanship. Cuts corners. Make sure you spell out EVERYTHING you want done in the contract because his usual contracts are vague, leaving him more leeway than you expect.

BAREWOOD DELEADING, OPERATED BY TONY MENDES, IS A RELIABLE COMPANY THAT DOES HIGH QUALITY WORK. THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT THE RESULTS ARE GOOD AND I'M SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND THE PRICE. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A STATE INSPECTOR AND ALSO BY A FRIEND.
