From making the arrangement earlier in the week to the actual party, we never had a problem contacting them. The limo was VERY clean. All 9 teenagers stated they enjoyed the limo ride into Boston and the driver Chris. Chris was very professional. He had the kids to each destination on time and picked up from each stop within 2 minutes of calling. I would highly recommend this company.
