+ -1 moreDuring the quotation process, the builder brought the plumber and electrician with him to view what the job entailed. A number of good suggestions were made since all the subcontractors were present during the initial meeting. They had the lowest quote (by about $1000 ) out of three quotes. Work started quickly after the signing of the contract and was finished about a week or two early. In all cases, the work was done professionally and was better than expected. Job site was cleaned up every evening and communication was excellent. Quality of work was exceptional and I was very pleased with the whole process.
Description of Work: Hired to add a 20'x28' family room addition with full basement and concrete patio to my home.
