He gave me a quote of $200 but charged me $250. While he was replacing the unit I checked in on the progress and noticed he was hooking it up backwards! I think he charged me extra to fix HIS mistake!

I got stuck while replacing a toilet when some of the old bolts snapped. Unfortunately they were part of the flange, and not the kind that just slide and twist out to be easily replaced. So I started frantically looking for a plumber that could help get the job finished on short notice on a Saturday afternoon. I found Keith Plumbing after searching online and I'm glad I did. They responded quickly and had a plumber on site in a little over an hour. The quality of the work was good, and the price was better. Calling last minute on a Saturday I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised. I'm definitely using them again.

Excellent responsiveness.
I was installing new shower/tub hardware and broke off a valve stem. The valve that came with the new hardware was not an exact match to what I had taken out, and therefore required some soldering to install.
After review my AL recommendations, I called at 8:00am, and left a message that I had an immediate need, as I had to have the water in the house off and needed to have a same day repair. I received a call back within a 1/2 hour. The plumber indicated he would be traveling in my direction within the hour and would stop by to see what he could do. He was able to complete the repair in less than an hour and we had running water by 10:00am that morning.
I reviewed with him some other projects I have wanted to get done, and received estimates the next day. I will be using Keiths plumbing again.
