STUART GLASS INC

I have used Stuart Glass more than once and was very satisfied with the work they have done. First time they serviced a window in my apartment - changed broken glass. When i learned that they do shower doors as well i requested a quote from them and then had them install the shower glass. Took all in all about 1.5 weeks and went smooth. My shower glass looks great!

He did a great job he was very fast and professional, he was patient and very friendly.

Only place I tried that actually responded to all my calls and submitted a written estimate. Worked with my schedule and showed up late in the afternoon when I know they would rather have headed home as the workmen had spent the day working in 90 degree heat. Very positive experience.

The installation crew brought in wrong measurement of glass and mirrors panels.   Company spokesman refused to accept responsiblity, and that we would have to pay for the new panels.   Homeowner produced the original drawing with measurements.  Spokesman from Company never backed down.   The case was settled through the help of the General Contractor's who called Stuart Glass for the job.  The fact that the drawing was done by Stuart Glass' estimator, and the job would have been completed without homeowners being aware of the difference in size makes this negligence a major problem in remodeling, and the company spokesman's refusal to accept responsiblity is totally irresponsible, unethical and unprofessional.

They did show up for the estimate on time, but no points for that

We needed 2 glass tops to put on top of our nightstands (to protect them) and they were ready for pick up when they said they would be. We have used Stuart glass several times, once to replace a large plate glass window for our front door as well as several other times to replace panes of glass in our super old windows (early 1900's). The shop itself can be a little intimidating as it feels like a real workshop, but the staff are friendly and professional. I can only hope that I won't need to replace anymore broken windows any time soon but I know that when I do, I'll be calling them for the replacement glass.

They were very professional and punctual and their price was good.

WORK WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY, BUT STARTED 2 HOURS LATER THAN PROMISED.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE USED THEM AND THEY ARE GREAT. IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND COMPANIES, AT LEAST I'VE HAD TROUBLE, THAT DEAL IN MORE THAN AUTO GLASS REPLACEMENT. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO A FRIEND WHO HAD THEM CUT MIRROR GLASS FOR THREE OLD FRAMES SHE HAD AND SHE WAS VERY PLEASED. THE PLACE LOOKS SHABBY, BUT SO WHAT, AND THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK LACKS PERSONALITY BUT THEY GET THE JOB DONE.
