Description of Work: Purchased a computer with expensive warranties. It worked for 4 months has been back to the local store sent out twice and still does not work properly. The hard drive was destroyed the local staples store upgraded and have had more problems since that time. It will be sent back again many promises for replacement but not hopeful.

+ 0 moreI feel comfortable taking my shredding to Staples. I would give them an A+ all the way down. You go in there and as you start to look around they are right there to see if you need help and they don't leave you until you have what you came in for.

+ -1 moreThe man I had used before was not available, so another tech did the job. He did the scan and explained that my computer was probably freezing because I had too many programs and not enough memory. I paid him to take off programs; he went through them with me as he deleted them. I also purchased more memory, at his suggestion, but I am still having problems. I spent around $175. The speed is a little better, but it still takes 20 mins to start, and it still freezes up occasionally. I?m unsure if I should take it back to him because I don?t feel he really diagnosed the problem in the first place.
Description of Work: I took my computer in for a free scan. I had a good experience with someone who fixed my printer, in the past.

Description of Work: Ordered business cards and went to pick them up. They did not even call me! When I went, they only had my business name and one part of my services, no phone #, my name, etc. How embarrassing!
