Basic cleaning includes: all counter tops, and baseboards, and toilets, appliances, dusted and/or polished. Trash cans emptied., outside cabinets, sinks, switch plates, washed and wiped dry. Doors, windowsills, wiped down. Floors vacuumed and washed. All rugs vacuumed. Bathrooms showers, wiped down. Furniture

Now they come twice a month and make sure my floors, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are spotless.
Only when I have trouble keeping up between cleanings do they run into a time crunch. But, if they can stay I pay them for the additional time. If I am not working from home I will leave an additional check on those days.. You know the ones where you are running late and the kid decides to destroy his room.
Overall they are wonderful, hardworking and professional.
