Beware of bait-and-switch as Roseangela increases her business's clients. Also know that she is better at cleaning than at supervising/managing someone she hires to clean with her, or possibly without her present. I found her through Angies List and she came by herself the first few times. She did a pretty good job and was pleasant, but somewhat hard to communicate with because of limited English. When I was ready to discuss hiring her as a permanent bi-weekly cleaner, she chose to come with a friend to translate. We agreed that she would do bi-weekly cleaning, as she said, "forever." From that point on, she came to do cleaning with a second cleaning person, which was OK with me, if that's how Roseangela wanted to conduct her business. Although trying very hard and very nice, this second woman did several problematic things. Although I had told Roseangela at the start that I have a self-cleaning oven, this other woman one day smiled broadly at me and said, "I cleaned your oven." Cleaning the inside of a self-cleaning oven can ruin its self-cleaning properties. And whatever she used to clean it produced fumes that hit my face when I opened the oven door while using it, and scarily made my eyes sting terribly. There were other, less dangerous and less costly, problems that occurred because Roseangela either didn't tell her assistant key things I had told Roseangela and/or she didn't supervise the woman to do things correctly and safely. This woman spoke virtually no English, and never could understand anything I said. So, It was up to Roseangela, who hired this person, to supervise her and check on her work quality, particularly since she spoke the woman's language and I didn't. Over time, I got very tired of having to ask Roseangela over and over to tell this woman the same things. In the end, after six months of trying, it just didn't work out. Bottom line: Roseangela is OK at cleaning, but she's a very poor manager and supervisor.

I ordered service on 7/3, requested cleaning to be done on 7/23, 7/24, or 7/25. 3 weeks notice with 3 different dates. Provider was not able to do any of them and said she could only do 7/31 or 8/1 which would not work for me. And if I want to do other dates she would charge $40/hour. This is ridiculous and I want my refund.

House was cleaned thoroughly and with a good eye to detail. Very happy customer.

They did a great job! I was very happy with the work they did. VERY thorough, cleaned, vacuumed and dusted all surfaces and rooms and even did a good job tidying up some clutter which I am not good at organizing! They were very friendly and easy to work with and reasonably priced. I will definitely hire them again.

Rosa and her team did an awesome job. My house is spotless. They even went behind furniture, dusted the baseboards, and got under the edges of my carpets.

IT WENT GREAT. ROSANGELA ARRIVED ON TIME WITH HER TEAM. THEY CLEANED EVERY CONCEIVABLE SPOT IN THE HOUSE INCLUDING OUR STOVE, REFRIGERATOR. NEATLY REARRANGED ITEMS THAT WERE SCATTERED AROUND THE HOUSE. MY WIFE & I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS.

I had no idea my kitchen could sparkle! They cleaned our entire one floor home in just 4 1/2 hours, and I am absolutely thrilled with how clean it is. Thank you!

They did not finish one room, but I was nervous they were going to complete the job and double the cost, so after four hours I said no thanks and they went on their way. They were fabulous, hard-working, and attentive. They were only a few minutes late but I accepted that because my house is hard to find. I don't think they were trying to 'scam' me (get more money than I had purchased) because they were so hardworking; I would have let them continue if I weren't on a tight budget. I was thrilled with their work.

They were amazing. They came ready and started right away. They were very reapectful. The best part, they cleaned every nook & corner. The house was spotless. It was a test run for me. But after seeing how good they are at their jobs. I already put them on regular schedule. I have had cleaners in the past but none have impressed me as much as these guys.

The cleaners did an excellent job! Rosangela came with two other ladies and spent five hours cleaning my house from top to bottom. They did everything I asked for and more. When they cleaned inside my refrigerator, for example, they didn't just wipe it. They removed drawers and shelves and actually washed them. I'm very happy with the service they provided.

Rosa was great she was on time and done a really great job of cleaning. I have already scheduled her back.

We used the deal-$100 for 4 hours. Rosangela was very responsive to emails and flexible with scheduling. She and her team efficiently swept through the entire house and left it SPOTLESS. They got all of the things I never get around to down to the details. There was a spot in the shower I have not ever been able to tackle and it was gone. The tub was sparkling. There was not a speck of dust anywhere to be found. The house has never been so clean. It was worth every penny and we will definitely hire her again at regular intervals and now I can relax.

Second time using these services,2nd Time thoroughly impressed! I have!, (and would again),refer everyone I know to them. Thank you again!!

Rosangela sent me texts in advance to set up the appointment and to remind me of the date and time in advance. She and her team arrived 10 min early which was perfect and since it was their first time here listened carefully to my instructions. I left and they worked within the agreed amount of time and did an amazing job. I think the kitchens and bathrooms were done better than I have seen other companies clean in a long time. And the rest of the house was also cleaned beautifully. They moved furniture to vacuum behind and I noticed that even the baseboards are cleaned in my bedroom. They even cleaned the kitchen and bathroom window and windowsills. I highly recommend them.

We would use them again in the future. They come every two weeks.

I was very pleased. It was quite a big job. They advised that it would take more time than I had originally contracted for, but I was not concerned about paying the additional amount as it was well worth it. They were very energetic - almost too much so since in their hurrying around, they accidentally shut off the furnace switch in the basement. When I returned the next day, it was ominously cold in the house!
