I hired Carl because I felt confident he could rise to the challenge of a tin ceiling that needed priming and caulking, attention not typical to most ceilings. He asked the right questions and had (to my mind!) the right answers. He and Josh are great to have around the house!

Carl and his team were extremely professional from all aspects. They take great pride in their work from a quality standpoint. The project became bigger and more challenging than initially anticipated and they persevered, while others may have walked away. The final result is a beautifully restored and safe deck. The contractor came promptly to look over the job, and give an estimate. His employees were there 24 hours later, and knew exactly what I had requested from their employer. They did great work, and were relaxed and friendly.
