It is difficult to menu around this program. They have all kinds of options, but none are clearly stated. Shortly after I installed this program a pop window appeared telling me my spyware had expired and giving me the opportunity to purchase a new one. Since I thought I had just purchased it, I went back to the home page and it seemed to be installed. When I tried to call someone, I could not find a phone number on the home page. It then sent me to on line help which again had confusing menus, lots of options to choose from that I couldn't understand and didn't seem to relate exactly to my problem. I kept trying but got very frustrated and ultimately received no help. I am continuing to use my computer, but am not confident that my computer is getting all the security protection that it needs. I am very disappointed in this product.
