Martin Keady came to our rescue. The granite front stairs that lead to the main entrance of our Boston brownstone were leaking badly into the basement. Within the last year, we had extensive expensive work done by another mason who would not return to fix the leaking. We chose Keady Masonry because of his good reviews and he was able to start the next week. He immediately was able to locate the area where the water was seeping in and decided on a plan to fix it. Delivered replacement materials including a huge piece of bluestone for front of the Boston building. He quickly built the failing repair work done by the previous mason inside and outside for the granite steps. And for the 1st time in year stopped the leaking water. His workmanship and responsiveness to our needs has proved that he is highly competent and honest. I am going to hire Keady Masonry for another job at my building in Boston , he did not want any payment until the job was complete and I was satisfied, although I tried to pay him upfront. I recommend Keady Masony, Martin Keady and give their work 5 stars.

Martin repointed and repaired our entire exterior fireplace chimney, which is 3 stories tall. The invoice matched his quote and the work was done in one week. He cleaned up the yard afterward and the chimney looks great.

Mr Keady was in my neighborhood finishing another project and came by to offer to repair my front steps & porch and secure a wrought iron railing in the process. He was able to do the job the same day and did so efficiently and making a special trip to get the best fixative for the railing (i.e. secure and fast-drying). He and his assistant were friendly and quite competent.

Transformed the front of our house with beautiful granite steps and walk. Very professional, arrived on time and great clean up. He will be back in the fall to do another walk for us.
