The Company that replaced my roof 8 years ago went out of business. When I called john Henry and explained that I lost a few shingles and that it was a small job they said they would be happy to help and they would get to me as soon as they could. They called me about a week later and said they would be able to take care of me the following week. They were able to match the shingles on the roof so well that I could not see where they were replaced from ground. They were on time they were professional and the price was very reasonable and they were honest. They looked over the rest of the roof and told me the loose tiles appeared to be isolated and that the rest of the roof was in excellent condition and shouldn’t need any more repairs.

The company was very professional and organized.  They evaluated the old roof beforehand and gave me a detailed estimate.  They showed up as scheduled and performed the work in an expeditious manner, arranged for the closing off of the street and police detail needed because a crane was needed to raise the materials to the roof, and finished as scheduled.  The work was excellent and they cleaned up all the debris and construction material.
