Great. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and forthright. The repair work (dent pulled out, filled, primed, painted) is invisible.

This was our second experience at J&K. Both times we have been 100% pleased with the work done.

Hood damaged by a falling wooden box.  Could not be repaired.  I got two estimates.  Took this one as younger John seemed more professional and took time to explain what and why they needed to do what they recommended.  Also, I could leave my car and walk home.  Appointment made and kept.  Car ready on time.  Surprise to me was cleaning the whole car, vacuuming the interior and detailing exterior plastic molding.  Car looks great.

They are great.  George, John, and John run and very friendly family business.  They are honest, laid-back, and give it to you straight which we appreciated.  They set our expectations from the beginning and had the car ready exactly when they said.  While we were getting this car repaired they also fixed another car - equally with the same timeliness, professionalism, and craftsmanship.  Great job J&K

Terrific! They were courteous and respectful and I was especially impressed because I had gone to another body shop that told me my only option was to replace the entire bumper for over $1000. Jand K explained to me that it probably wasn't worth it to put that kind of money into a 16 year old car, but that they could do a decent job of making it look nice again. They were fast ( I dropped the car off at 8:30am and it was ready by noon) and the work they did looks great. Overall a very positive experience.

It was great. The staff was honest about what needed to be done and didn't push unnecessary services which we appreciated. In addition, they did a good job, completed the work exactly as we had asked them to, and they completed everything on schedule.

I made an appointment at Jand K Auto Body to have this repair done because I had been there previously and was very happy with the body work done on my Ford at half the price quoted at other auto body shops. John, the owner of Jand K looked at my BMW, made an estimate, and scheduled an appointment for me to bring the car back. John said he could have the work completed in 1 day. I brought the car in as scheduled and the work was done at the price quoted in 1 day. The entire bumper was repaired and looked as good as new. The service was well done for a reasonable price and I was treated in a courteous manner. The only problem for me was that the shop closes at 5pm, so picking up my car was not as convenient as dropping it off, which i was able to do at 6:30 AM.

Part was ordered immediately, I was notified promptly when it came in,
and work was done as promised. J and K worked directly with the
insurance company for payment, and to get approval for OEM part when
the replacement turned out to have problems (they are a recommended
shop by the insurance company). Although this was a small job, I was
impressed by the level of professionalism all around. They do a lot of
work for public safety types. Worth visiting at least for an estimate.
