I use German Performance most of the time. They are a great alternative to the bureaucratic large BMW dealer nearby, who also give good service, but with a lot of layers of management and the corresponding higher prices.

I was selling a Mini Cooper. The guys are wonderfully friendly and easy to talk with and definitely know their way around the Mini. Their service was nicely detailed, looking closely at possible areas of concern to the buyer and the future running performance of the car. If I lived closer I would be taking my other vehicles to them. Recommended.

There was noises coming from the car when driving, when I get to the shop they put the car on the lift took a look. Then write me an estimate that to have the break work done. But they didn't actually find the problem that causing the noises.

I was extremely pleased. Despite the high cost of my repair I'm convinced that this would have been $500-1000 higher at a BMW dealer. Yet, GPS was just as knowlegable, more responsive, and clearly employs top notch technicians who understood my vehicle. I was reluctant to leave a dealership environment but I'm over that now. I'd encourage anyBMW dealer to feel comfortable and confident having their maintenance and repairs done by GPS.

The Check Engine Light on my 1995 BMW came on for the 1st time since I've had the car (7 years), so I called Marc to schedule an appointment. He was able to fit me in during the week. This was my first time going to his shop, but a friend had used him before and was happy with his style and work. I dropped off car with my wife and went over the symptoms and any other issues I had with the car. He called me mid-day to go over the repairs (replaced the original oxygen sensor) and other items he had found which included a cracked flex-disk in the drive-line. I brought the car back a few weeks later to replace the flex-disk before it failed and because the check engine light had come back on. Mark squeezed me in to replace the flex-disk and diagnose the Check Engine light which now related to a faulty Coolant Temp Sensor. I brought the car in a couple weeks later and he replaced that in an hour as well as replacing the Oxygen Sensor as a warranty item as it had failed again, possibly due to the other issue. He also found a vacuum leak in the intake manifold due to a worn out o-ring ($1 part). Marc and his team were always a pleasure to deal with because his shop is one where you can talk to the mechanic(s). Marc listens to your symptoms and tries to get the the bottom of them at a fair cost to you and will show you areas which need attention in person and will go over the repair when it is finished. The invoices are a detailed record of what was done and future service suggestions and approx scope and cost.

They are super good mechanics, and I have used them for a few different jobs before. I feel that I can trust them a lot. They will explain all of your options and suggest the one that is the best for your car.

I have been working with Marc for years when he was with Turner Motorsport. Recently when he opened his own shop I started bringing my cars there because of it's convenient location. I ordered the exhaust and brought it to the shop. They ordered in the tires, which are a special size and were not available locally. They stored the original exhaust and tires for me, and performed the work quickly. Definitely a good experience, I recommend them.
