 + -1 moreWE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN THIS COMPANY. THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST TOLD US THEY COULDNT DO THE WORK INSTEAD OF JERKING US AROUND FOR 3 WEEKS AND NOT SHOWING UP.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO DETERMINE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH OUR HEATING SYSTEM. THEY SAID WE NEEDED A NEW SYSTEM (HEAT PUMPS). THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL US WITH AN ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY, BUT NO ONE CALLED. WHEN WE CALLED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, WE WERE TOLD THE TECHNICIAN WAS SICK AND THAT HE WOULD GET BACK TO US IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. FINALLY, AFTER TWO WEEKS, WE WERE TOLD THE OWNER WOULD BE OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, BUT HE HAS NEVER SHOWN, NOR CALLED.
