 + -1 moreI took two hard drives to have data and programs saved from the damaged drives. Every time I called, they said "later this week". After three months, I still didn't have anything. I traveled to their basement office when they told me that the CD was in-hand, but I had to wait 45 minutes for their subcontractor to show up, once they called him. When their subcontractor finally provided a CD, it was not able to provide any data or to open the programs, even though he said everything was recovered. They did not return my hard drives, which I could have taken to a different service. A total waste of time and money. The interaction left me in a situation worse than when I started.
Description of Work: Hard drive data and program recovery.
