We moved to our home 3 years ago and have tried a few cleaning services but none worked out because it was always 2-3 people who were rushing around, didn't care and didn't know how to clean.  Also, their work would slip after a while, so they'd spend less and less time doing the same job.  I thought of trying to clean the house myself, but with my work and 2 young children, it just seemed like too much. 
We are so grateful that we found Fatima.  She cleans every other week and started 2 months ago.  She is wonderful-- she is really talented at what she does.  She knows how to clean, and arrived with new products that she paid for to try out for our home.  She also got a separate vacuum brush for our home so we don't have to share it with other clients who have pets.  She works hard and is focused the entire time-- no chatting on the cell phone.  I love that she works alone, so that she is responsible for the whole job and makes sure it is done right.  She always spends 4 hours here because she knows that that is how long it takes to do the job right. She is a lovely person, very warm and joyful, and really cares about us and our home.  She likes clients like us who care about her and don't make her work on Christmas or other important days, so I hope she finds clients who realize what a treasure she is.

Fatima communicates well. If needed, she is flexible and willing to adjust her day. I would recommend her without hesitation.

We were very happy with Fatima's work effort. She was on time and stayed all day cleaning for two days. Her price for the deep cleaning of two floors with a total of 8 rooms was $400.00. We would definitely hire her again.

We've had a number of good house cleaners over the years. I always knew when they had cleaned because the house smelled strongly of cleaning products and lots of things were re-arranged. The problem was, upon close inspection, the house wasn't that clean. Fatima is different. After she cleans, I only notice one difference--every trace of dirt and grime are gone. With other cleaners, I felt they were trying to make the house look and smell as if it had cleaned without really cleaning. They'd rearrange the kitchen counter, make fancy flowers with the toilet paper, or fog the house with perfume, but not focus on cleaning. In contrast, all Fatima does is clean. Dirt disappears, nothing else changes.

Fatima does a great job and is a pleasure to work with. She did a complete spring cleaning of our house shortly after we bought it (it was supposed to be cleaned and wasn't). That cleaning was very thorough and she took care of all the issues we'd spotted. That service cost $180, which we thought was reasonable for our 2250 sq. foot home. Now she cleans every other week and continues to do a great job. She also takes care of washing some sheets and towels, which is a huge help. I would certainly recommend her to friends.

Fatima is a lovely person to deal with. She is very responsive, professional, on time and polite. For the past several months, Fatima has been cleaning my condo every 2 weeks. She works hard and performs all the tasks we agreed to. I am very satified with both the cleanliness and the cost. I highly recommend her.

Fatima was very punctual in returning my phone call to have my house cleaned prior to a tenant moving in. She came right away to give me an estimate which was reasonable. I was away when she did the cleaning but she came on time. My neighbor had taken the key I had left for her. She called me and we got that squared away. My tenant was very impressed with the cleaning job! I would not hesitate to use her services again. She is excellent!

Fatima is unbelievably good. She has been working for us for the past year and a half and I am so glad to have found her. I can recommend her in the highest terms. I have had many housekeepers over the past three decades and she is by far the best I have ever had. Here in Boston/Brookline, I was previously using a housekeeping team and I used to dread cleaning day because the house was chaotic (although there were usually only two in the team) and loud (I work at home so peace and quiet is important to me). Plus, because the members of the team would change frequently, I found myself repeating instructions week after week. By contrast, Fatima is completely easy to work with. She is thorough and self-directed, she works efficiently and quietly. Her English is perfect and one never has to repeat anything. I am happy to talk to anyone who is considering hiring her. She is just simply the best.

I wasn't happy with my old house cleaning company. I had good references from Fatima and call her. She was very helpful and gave me an estimate. She marked an excellent job and now she has been worked for me weekly.
