"Customer came for an inspection sticker. When checking the vehicle it was diagnosed that the vehicle needed and exhaust system. We put the car on the lift and diagnosed what the car needed. Gave the customer an estimate and he okayed to do the work. Customer left vehicle for that day. After completing the work, we did the inspection on vehicle and car passed okay. Around 4 – 5 pm customer came and paid on bill $20 - $25 short and asked for a discount, gave him the discount. Two months later he started to negotiate, nobody forced him to do that job. He could have gotten a rejection sticker good for 60 days and have a free inspection after completing the repair. Will not return him even one penny. This person is lying that we did the sticker and then sold him the job, doesn’t make any sense. Zero return after we completed the exhaust. He stated from now on he will repair his vehicle here.
