+ -1 moreTO CALL 1 HOUR BEFORE ARRIVAL TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE MOVE WOULDN'T TAKE PLACE IS APPALLING. I USED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE GOOD THE LAST MOVE WE MADE. JOHN TOLD ME THAT THE PEOPLE HE HAD ASSIGNED TO ME WERE BACKUPS AND HE HAD NO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. THERE WAS NO REAL APOLOGY FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE HE CAUSED. IF I HAD KNOWN HE WAS ASSIGNING BACKUPS, I WOULD NOT HAVE USED THEM.
Description of Work: I BOOKED TWO MEN TO HELP ME LOAD UP A MOVING TRUCK TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. THEY CALLED ON THE MORNING OF THE MOVE TO LET ME KNOW THEIR MEN CALLED IN SICK AND WOULDN'T BE MAKING IT OVER. IT REALLY LEFT ME IN A BAD POSITION AS I HAD ORGANIZED EVERYTHING IN ADVANCE. I EVEN CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO RECONFIRM.
