"In many cases batterys can be retrieving a bad ground from the starter. If we were asked to inspect further we could have diagnosed the customers issue.Customers Battery In Fact was not holding a charge and we slow charged his old battery to be able to hold a charge after returning it to him along with giving him return credit. We gave a refund to appease the customer which in most cases I would not allow but after hearing his alleged complaints we honored his word . This particular cutomer said he needed a battery and we supplied him with the service he asked for. I can not account for every customers integrity in reporting to Angie,s List. Our shop made an attempt to resolve the issue with this customer we apoligize for any inconvenience to the customer."
