OVERCHARGED BY AT LEAST 35% COMPARED TO ANOTHER SERVICE STATION JUST A BLOCK AWAY (I CALLED AFTERWARDS AND GOT A QUOTE FROM THE OTHER STATION). CLAIMED THAT THE NEW BATTERY WOULD SOLVE SLOW ENGINE START-UP, BUT IT DIDN''T, AND THEY DIDN''T DETECT THAT AFTER CHANGING THE BATTERY. GAVE ME A HARD TIME WHEN I COMPLAINED THAT I THOUGHT THEY HAD OVERCHARGED ME.
