They fixed it overnight

It went very well up to and including Dennis, the knowledgeable repair man, telling me he personally would not choose a particular repair for the snowblower because in his experience the odds were that, while it was okay to do, it likely wasn't necessary.  That's refreshing.

I called a local company that I got on Angies List for tune up service on my snow blower. I also wanted ice-melt delivered to 2 different addresses. This was no problem..the customer service reps were friendly, courteous, and professional. There was a minimal pick-up and delivery fee and the tune up was done in a timely manner. The blower runs fine and It was a pleasure to do business with All Brands. Frank

The mower blades were no longer cutting. The service person at All Brands inspired confidence that they were experienced with repair of this type of mower.   I was called within 24 hours of drop-off that the mower repair was complete. Both blade sharpening and parts were necessary for repair.

The mower now works extremely well even though it over 30 years old.  The service of this company is superior.

When our mower wouldn't start, I checked out the List for a repair shop near us. All Brands was the closest and well rated. They said the mower would be ready by Wednesday if not earlier, and I got a call on Monday morning saying the work was all done. The guys were also very helpful with bringing the mower in and out from the car, which was very much appreciated as I had my children with me.

I called to double check that they'd be able to "tune up" the mower. I brought it in on a Friday, and they took it out of my car for me. They told me it would be ready mid-week the following week, and I was. I picked it up and they put it back in the car for me. Easy, quick and they were very nice.

Company was very busy and put my on a waiting list. They called me to touch base with me on when they could pick up my machine. They came and got the snowblower which was great and called me to tell me the problems. The snowblower was promptly returned. They answered my questions about maintenance. Overall, it was an easy way to get the machine working again.

Excellent! I needed to have the lawnmower tuned up immediately. I called everyone on The List and no one could have the tune-up ready earlier than one week. All-Brands did it in two days. It only cost $35. They did a great job - the lawnmower worked very well. All-Brands really believes in repairing tools and vacuum cleaners. So, when a part broke on the lawn mower, I brought it in for repair. The part that broke was no longer available since my lawn mower is 25 years old, but the repairman managed to fix it himself without new parts. That only cost $30. They definitely take pride in repairing things which is so rare nowadays.
