He also replaced all our windows 7 years ago. He is very thorough. There is a project manager that comes out first, and follows up afterwards.

Hello [Member Name Removed], In looking over our records, it looks as though we never even met to review the initial details of your project. You had contacted us in July of 2013 about a Garage and bedroom addition. When we called back to set up your initial appointment you mentioned that you were already getting two other bids and could not wait that long to meet so preferred not to set up an appointment. Perhaps you had us confused with another builder you did receive pricing from? We strive to offer the best possible service & quality to all of our clients and potential clients and although we did not meet you timing goals for this project we do feel we responded promptly and professionally.

It went really well!! The foreman came every day to check up on the crew's progress and address any questions we had. The crew also picked up around the work area every evening before quitting time, so our property always looked neat. and tidy. I would whole hardily endorse this company in a heartbeat. They did an excellent job!!
Description of Work: Thorson Restoration & Construction performed the following: Stripped down and replaced the roof, replaced any and all rotted trim work, replaced a sky lite and built a front porch running along the front of the house as well as installing a new full view storm door, gutters and lighting.

This is an A+ company from start to finish. Absolutely trust-worthy, fantastic work, completely knowledgeable about the latest materials and building processes. They are on-time, fastidious, respectful and non-intrusive. The work is done in the timeframe estimated, and they are incredibly responsive whenever you have a question. And patient, throughout all the changes that invariably get made during a building process. Thorson Restoration is a gem of a contracting company, and I have used them for tons of projects, including this one. They have replaced the roof on my house, built custom doors, found incredible subcontractors for overhauling our electric system and installing a house-wide A/C.
