STEVE'S LAWN CARE

We have NEVER had a more lush, healthy, beautiful green lawn then when Steve's took over. They are reliable, friendly and do the job perfectly. I would highly recommend them for all aspects of lawn and yard work. Fantastic.

He was great. When you call, you get Steve personally. He is phenomenal.

After many years of service by Steve's we are moving on to another lawn service. It is not because of Steve and his crew that do the work in the field it is because of his office staff. I do not know who takes care of his billing and phone calls but she is rude and very unpleasant to deal with.
We had problems last year with our payment for their services. A check was sent for the whole year's service but the check was not cashed after an extended period of time. A phone call to the office was not pleasant, the claim being the check was never received. We had to stop payment on the check and send another, REGISTERED MAIL, to make sure our account was paid.
This year Steve's did not accept payment for the year's service up front, fine. We have not received an invoice for services since May and after repeated e-mails and a phone call today to the office today, 11/5/12 we are done with Steve's. The office person did not solve the problem at all! She was confrontational and did not solve the problem. It is unfortunate that the good service we received from Steve at our home was not backed up by his office staff. 

They reliably showed up at the appropriate times with high tech equipment and did a good job.
Sprayed for crabgrass but missed some.
Sometimes forgot to do the area between the sidewalk and the street.
Good job overall.

Sometimes they are a little sloppy and they are a little expensive.

Overall it has gone very well. They are professional yet personable which I like and look for in a company. We also like their staff who are very professional and trustworthy. They also have a sense of humor - which is refreshing and can stop what they are doing to answer a question(s).
