+ -1 moreBottom line, thirteen months later we are out $28,325 and have nothing to show for it. The work remains largely undone and we are stuck with a basement that is not finished and John makes no attempt to complete despite constant promises to do so. We have holes in the walls upstairs for wiring of fire alarms that have not been finished, not a single room is usable, we are losing heat as the doors and windows have yet to be sealed, and he has tools and debris left where there should be three finished rooms.
Description of Work: John Savino was hired 1/ 2013 to refinish the basement into a bedroom, laundry room and a bathroom. He gave a time estimate of 6 weeks to complete the work.
