Picture Perfect Painting and Construction

Paul and his team installed 17 Harvey windows, removed an existing window and sided my house with CertainTeed  Cedar Impressions Triple 5” Sawmill Shingles. They also replaced the back deck (pressure-treated wood) and the front deck (Timber Tech/Azek composite). My house was transformed from a tired-looking, worn-out converted summer cottage to an amazing, beautiful and unpretentious home.   Paul has an artist’s eye for proportion and detail. He listens carefully as if he has a 3rd ear dedicated to hearing  what the homeowner wants.  He does not upsell. The joy and enthusiasm that Paul expressed as he envisioned and described what could be done and how my house would look is one of the first qualities that “sold” me on Paul and his company.      He is scrupulously honest, puts the customer first, and treats the work as if he were working on his own home.  He is easy to talk to, is aware of how stressful it is for a homeowner to have a work crew around everyday, and adjusts the “plan” to accommodate the inevitable disruption whenever it’s necessary. After Paul and his team finished the windows, siding and decks, Paul painted the interior of my house- kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a half-bath. The house now looks fresh and appealing both inside and out.  I feel tremendous pleasure when I look at it and when I am in it. I have never been willing to have anyone advertise their name on any of my property (car, home, etc.)  UNTIL PAUL.  I very happily asked him to put his sign on my front lawn.  He and his team did a spectacular update on my home.
