Job went very well. Came when they said they would come and did a lot in two days. Great crew - nice people that were clean and courteous. Been almost a year and everything working smoothly. Frank basically completed my rebate form for me. Very helpful.

Frank and his crew were super professional and did a great job. They got everything done in less than 3 days and the crew cleaned up spotless. Frank is very knowledgeable with the Mass Save program, therefore, we got all the rebates back less than two months. Really pleased with his service and would definitely use them again.

After converting our old oil heating system to gas with FJM, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to convert to gas, especially those looking to do it using the Mass Saves program. Frank (the owner) it highly knowledgable about the program and all the proper paperwork/rebates and will walk you step by step through the process.
First of all, Frank was very responsive and professional. He promptly returned any phone calls he missed, and often was available immediately by phone. He first came to do an estimate and explained the costs of each element of the conversion. His cost was much lower than the other quote I was given, and he was also the only company that arranged for the oil tank removal as part of the process. He then met with me a second time to sign the paperwork so he could order the furnace, and walked me through how I was to go about filing the rebate for the furnace on the National grid website.
Once the furnace was ready, Frank called during the weekend and said that he would be ready for the installation either the following week, or the week after. The only fault I can find with the entire process is that he called Thursday of the next week and said they would be able to do the installation the next day! However, he was very flexible and only required someone to be home to let the workers in and they promptly arrived at 8am, and then we were able to go to work. They completed ALL work except the oil tank removal by 3pm, at which time Frank met me at the house for payment. The work space was very clean, and they had run the system all day to get rid of any strange odors. The gas vents on the exterior of the house look great, and were added without any damage to the siding. He even filled out the rebate form, and knew exactly what information to include on his invoice so as not to cause any issues with the rebate.
Frank was very understanding and flexible with the removal of the oil tank as well. I found someone that was able to pay us for the oil that we had left in our tank (150 gallons.) I was only able to schedule the oil removal for the following Tuesday, and Frank was able to re arrange the removal company to come on the following Tuesday instead of Friday when the other work was being completed. He did this even though it wasn't as convenient for him, but as a favor to us since he knew we could recoup some of the cost of the oil in the tank. Frank was not merely professional, he was friendly, honest, and eager to assist us in every step of the process with helpful insight along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team.

This is my second service with FJM Heating and Air Conditioning. The first, in 2008, was for replacement of old gas furnace with new gas furnace, installation of central air conditioning, and removal of old oil tank. This company was recommended by my local gas company. The service was prompt, professional, and well-priced. All subs (plumber, oil tank removal) were scheduled well and job was completed on time. The final installation looked and worked great. The air conditioner had a problem within 1 month (broken fan), and FJM repaired at no cost within 24 hours.
This year, AC stopped working, unfortunately because of malfunctioning compressor. Attempts to repair limited because company no longer makes this compressor model, so elected to replace entire unit. During the evaluation and replacement process, FJM again provided excellent service - arrived on time for appointments, replaced at very reasonable price. Because I have a busy work schedule, after initial visit to diagnose problem, all work was done without my having to be home for service, a great perk! I would recommend this company in a second, and certainly would use again in the future if needed.

Was arranged through the local gas co...............I was given the phone number to call and we arranged to meet for an inspection and a "quote" after I decided to hire this company, I made an initial deposit and within 3-4 weeks the job was completed as planned, No complications at all.

They were considerably less expensive than the others we spoke to. They are members of the BBB and they have good ratings there. They were punctual for the appointment for the estimate and they came when they were supposed to for the actual installation. They completed the job in one day as promised and they left everything totally clean.
