Basement Waterproofing
Dehumidifier units they use (Sendona) are failing "worldwide" I am told. They didn't even advise customers; guess you should go and look for error messages on unit in your crawl space - lucky I guess that I did. Then they schedule a "swap out" but didn't come with a unit after calling to say yesterday they'd be here today to "swap out". Manager says her people knew - nice way to support your people Erin! She's expecting more units in next week but doesn't have a date from manufacturer; she sent an email today - pick up the phone - you should expect better service from your supplier so you can take care of your customers. The weather is such that mustiness that's grown should not be a problem she says - a strong Nor'easter rain storm is expected - keep trying. Terrible service.
