Collegetown Siding & Glass LLC is a full service construction co. We have been installing quality vinyl siding, gutters and harvey replacement windows since 1960. In 1981 we added a glass division that services residential, commercial and auto glass. We employ twenty full time workers, no subcontractors, each employee works only for our co. We are a licensed contractor is ma. Our F.I.D # is 26-043-1499. We are listed with the better business bureau. We do not charge for estimates and down payments for job materials are agreed upon with the customer. We have built our reputation on customer service and response. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with this experience. From the quoting process, product selection, adherence to agreed upon work schedule EVERYTHING went smoothly. The Forman Keith, was courteous and polite, he made it clear that his job was to make sure that we were happy with the outcome and he communicated with us daily. My husband and I were sometimes at work while the work was taking place so he told us to walk around the house when we got home and take a picture of anything we didn?t like or had questions about and text it to him. Keith always got back to us right away. I came home one day to find the seams along the side garage close to our bushes running in the opposite direction of what I preferred. I texted Keith and he responded that he would take care of it. He could have argued that you really couldn?t see it, but his answer was a quick and courteous ?I?ll take care of it.?. I came home the next day to find all the siding redone and running in the direction that I preferred. Every day the yard was clean, you would have never had known there had been a team of men working there all day.
