Founded in 1999 our staff has over 45 year experience in the business. We are state licensed in Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, as well as General Contracting. We are also a certified “Quality Installation Verification (QIV)” contractor under the Cool Smart program working in conjunction with statewide utility companies to insure proper system installation and equipment operation. Climate Concepts Inc. prides itself in its extensive Preventative Maintenance Programs. It has proven to be an asset to our loyal customers drastically eliminating costly repairs directly attributed to system “neglect”. (Nick) arrived at 10am during the 4 hour wait window and went right to work. The ice wasn't all the way thawed but enough for him to get started as the rest melted off. He found my refrigerant to be low and fill it up and tuned up the system. He was clear on maintiance suggestions reasons the issue happened and prevention tips for the future. This took place all within the hour window for the rate of $120 plus $45 for refrigerant and help setting the thermostat to the proper temperatures.
