Jim Silva was courteous and professional. The replacement was done expeditiously, and the system has functioned normally since then.
He has been our security system and fire alarm systems provider for years. We have always found him to be responsive and prompt. He has often added us on to what was clearly an already full day. He has major suggestions to enhance our security system, and has made major improvements to our fire alarm system, such as the capability to detect carbon monoxide.
He regard him highly, and wish to continue to use his services.
