I chose them because I knew of them. They were from the neighborhood. He had just built a home of his own in the neighborhood and it was absolutely beautiful. He did very nice work. We thought that we would give him an opportunity to do some work for us. We were happy with the work he did. It was very neat. They did great work. The only thing that I had any dissatisfaction with was the amount of time it took to put it in. That was because it had to be a coordination of electrician and plumber as well as the work that he did. There were times when we had to wait for the electrician to show up or the plumber had to do something before they could finish the next thing. I understand that because I have 4 brothers and they have all built their own homes. I am used to construction and what's involved. I wasn't terribly upset about that because I know that happens. The price may have been a little more than I was figuring, but I think it was because I had something additional done. It was acceptable. The quality of service was excellent. The responsiveness was very good. I can't say that he was not punctual. There were times when he had to wait for the plumber to finish what he was doing or something like that. I can't hold him responsible for that. He sub-contracted the electrician and the plumber. The workmanship was very good. I had called him about doing the skylight that I wanted to have done but he was really tied up with other jobs so I had to look elsewhere. I needed to have it done before the roof went on because that was the best way to do it.
