Left voicemail, prompt response to call within 24 hours, got a competitive quote, easy appointment setup, showed up on time, completed job in 1.25 hours, cleaned up perfectly, very professional ---- My new favorite plumber! Called one hardware store recommendation (3 times) and they never called back. Called Angies list plumber, but they wanted 1+ hour travel time plus service call ... not at all competitive as a result - 35% higher.

Mr. Giannetti called before he planned to arrive, arrived on time, and completed the work in a professional, workmanlike manner.  He is experienced and reliable.  He said he guarantees his work, and to call if any problems arise and he would correct them.

Gotta love a no charge call.  Paul did an complicated outside on-demand water heater
for us last year.  He did a great job and even fixed some ceiling and roof stuff
that was not his responsibility.  Today he stopped by and found/fixed a
leak in another building and didn't charge anything,  (just needed
tightening)

Paul fixed one toilet in minutes after another plumber could 'find nothing wrong'.

Other toilet took a second visit as supplies had to be acquired. Paul was willing to work around my schedule and arrived punctually.

Paul was very responsive, even though this was no emergency. Returned my call within an hour. Came the same day to check out the work that needed to be done. Got the parts and had the work done by his assistant the following week. His assistant was professional and pleasant, and the work was done quickly and well. Price was reasonable. I will call him again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Paul has performed the winter/spring closures at a family cottage for a number of years, and we have been so pleased with his responsiveness and fair pricing, that we retained his services for many jobs at our home. He re-routed piping for our gas hot water heating system, installed piping for a gas dryer, and installed piping for a planned future gas cooktop. He's very polite, responds quickly, and has the patience of a saint!

I have been using Paul since 2001 for my rental property as well as home repair/upgrade needs.
He is very punctual and gets right down to work when he arrives.
In this emergency case Paul explained that he was working on a job around 35 miles from me and would probably not get to me till the morning. I told him I would try to find another plumber since I needed to have the water available. After calling several plumbers and getting several answering machines, I called Paul back and he arranged to send his assistant. He arrived on schedule, was courteous, professional and got the job done quickly and with no issues.
