+ -1 moreTruly one of the worst customer service experiences EVER. Spoke to Chole a week ago was told i had an appointment for measuring this thursday 7 days later, scheduled all weekly appointments and activities around that appt. i was told I'd get a call the day before for the exact time, of course that call never came. I called and spoke to same Chloe again and she stated the owner doesn't have time for me and it wasn't her fault and she is just relaying what owner Cathy told her. I called Cathy (owner/measurer) and she stated i never had a firm appt. i asked her to explain to me what a UN-FIRM app't was. she hasn't returned my calls and was very rude on the phone, stating she's busy and maybe i should call another glass company.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
