Auto Towing Service
Answered phone, came promptly during awful weather, carefully towed stuck car out of frozen driveway. Fast, courteous (and fun), very careful.

Pleasant owner-operator towed vehicle 20 miles to Hyannis dealer but said receipt for towing would be in the car after it was dropped off and I would find it in vehicle. Even though I was in contact with dealer service manager, MacGregor's action delayed my ability to send in receipt to insurance company for towing and my reimbursement from same.
Also he complained at 3:30 PM the day before he would not tow vehicle to Hyannis due to rush-hour and summer traffic until the next morning. I thought the cost was too high and recognize I should have secured competitive pricing. Suggest calling three towers and get a price first with receipt first.
