As this was a sale of a second home, we were not living there full time, so the extra minor details Steve provided were well above and beyond just the role of a listing agent.    Before listing, he had excellent advice and recommendations on improvement to do before listing.  He did an excellent market analysis, priced it right, did an excellent job with photos for the listing, etc.  We had several showings in the first week and two offers by the first weekend.  His recommendations helped us get a good price.  We closed on the house about 6 weeks later.  With a quick sale and a short timeline to close, Steve was there every step of the way. He set up our Title V inspector and he brought in several conrtractors to do some of the repair worked noted from the inspection that the buyers wanted fixed.  Also, he was there for the fire alarm inspections.   Thus, as a realtor, Steve Flynn is top notch and extremely professional, but he offers more.
Also, Steve has become a good friend over the months and we can see keeping the Flynn's as friends going into the future as we settle into our new home on the Cape.  Steve maintains a very personable and gentle personality in all professional dealings, but is also there as a good listening ear when there are challenges or frustrations during the process.  We cannot say enough good things about having Steve as our realtor for this transaction.  We are glad we found him on Angie's list and want to give it back with another positive recommendation for Steve Flynn.

Steve was the best realtor I have ever worked with and I have worked with quite a few. Knowledgeable, patient, and very smart with a great eye for property. Steve worked with my wife and I for 4 years as we searched for a summer home on Cape Cod. Never once did he lose patients or encourage us to buy something that was not perfect. When we were interested in a home he would research out a whole host of intangibles and information that was hard to get. Early on he said to us and quot;a summer home must speak to youand quot; and he was right.
In the end we found the perfect place and Steve helped us every step of the way. He had recommendations for bankers, home inspectors and contractors. He did not make a dime on the referrals but he was happy to do it if it moved the sale along. This guy is a pro. I can't say enough good things about him.
