1. Called Mike Hutchinson and he called me back!
2. He did an estimate and gave me two prices based on the type of shingles I wanted. He also answered my questions
regarding roofing over the existing shingles, etc. and clearly new his trade.
3. Written contract arrived promptly via email with details spelled out. I called for clarification on one item, no problem
4. I was given a range of dates due to weather and a will be done by date.
5. They came on the day and at the time they said they would. All work was done in a professional manner, cleanup was
excellent. If you didn't see the new roof you would never have know they had been there. Extremely pleased with the result.
A refreshing change from the typical "Cape Cod Contractor".
