Chem-Dry by Hennigan

Very pleased with this company. Spoke to Matt about the job, and made arrangements to have carpet cleaned 4 days later. He explained the whole process. Matt arrived at our home on time and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use Chem-Dry by Hennigan in the future.

Great. I would say that no previous carpet cleaning service has ever done such a good job. Matt was very responsive, is a great guy to work with (very personable and affable as well as flexible), and was sensitive to some of the issues that I brought up (concern about equipment and potential damage on my wood floors). All went very well -- and the amazing thing is that although in the past the rugs have taken many hours to dry, in this case they were ready for use in about 2-4 hours. I would not hesitate to use them again -- because they were the best I have ever hired.

Matt Hennigan called when he said he would, arrived right on time, and was a pleasure to deal with. He checked out 3 rooms of wall to wall carpeting and was very honest about what he thought he could achieve and what he thought should be done. He ended up doing two rooms and the results were fantastic! Very reasonable price as well.

Great experience! Matt Hennigan couldn't be nicer. He is very professional and responsive to his customer's needs. My rugs looked great when he was finished and there had been several dirty spots when he began. I could tell that Matt takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend Chem-Dry by Hennigan!

My cream colored carpeting was way overdue for cleaning.  A recent spill in the living room made it mandatory that I find someone to professionally clean it to avoid having to replace it.  I called Matt at Chem-Dry by Hennigan because I always hear good things about the Chem-Dry process.  Although I had had another company do a Chem-Dry cleaning in a different room last year I was not impressed with the results, I hoped that a different company would give me better results.  Fortunately I was extremely pleased with the job by Hennigan .  Matt was prompt in scheduling an appointment, arrived on time (in fact a little early after checking with me that morning if it would be OK to do that), and after measuring the area gave me a very fair estimate of what it would cost to clean the living room, stairs and upstairs landing, which is all the same carpeting.  He worked very carefully and efficiently and by the time he was done you would never know there had been a spill or that I had waited much too long to have it all cleaned.  I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the job Matt did.  It is very obvious that he has been in business for awhile and knows how to clean carpets!  I will not hesitate to call Matt Hennigan again and am sure I'll be needing his services in the future.  I would definitely recommend Chem-Dry by Hennigan.

I called them and arranged the date.  They were responsive and stayed in touch with me so that I didn't have to wait around waiting around for them.  I was happy with their work.  They are knowledgeable and returned all the furniture back the way it was. I recommend them.
