Chris and his team were awesome they replaced 18 windows in my 120 year old house, two of which were very difficult and they did a great job. Now my house is no longer drafty and the windows look amazing. Mark was very meticulous and detail oriented, did a great job and was such a nice guy. Chris is such a great guy I would recommend them to anyone. They are genuine, honest and don't try to take advantage of people like most pros out there. Thank you for making my house a warm home finally.

My house used to feel “chilling” cold even when the heat was set at 72. Now at 66, it feels warm. This was the best investment I’ve ever made. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Chris on this very important investment. My windows were 25-year-old vinyl double-pane and double-hung. They were absolutely horrible and I had to put up thin plastic films over the windows to prevent cold draft coming in. I set out on a journey to get my 17 windows replaced. I have gotten quotes from 10 different contractors and the quote from Window Master was the best by far. I had quotes from $500-$1200 per window. Due to the # of windows I was installing, Chris quoted $330 per window installed. I did all the research on my own and know what kind of windows are good and I know I wanted something with U-factor of less than 0.3. I was intrigued by Chris’ CraigsList posting for triple-pane windows offering much better energy efficiency at a reasonable price; his windows has a U-Factor of 0.21. They are Alside Mezzo triple-pane double-hung windows. Communication with Chris was a breeze. I called on Monday and asked him to come out and give me a quote. He said he’ll on Friday to schedule a quote. He called on Friday and scheduled me on Sunday (I wasn’t available on Saturday). Chris came on a cold Sunday morning. He brought the demo window and briefly went over the window features. He was knowledgeable, fair, polite, courteous, and did not try any aggressive sales tactics. I had a few concerns about my current windows and he answered them. When I asked whether or not I should replace my only 2-year-old-window, he suggested against replacing it because it’s in good working order, despite the fact that window is inferior to his triple-pane offerings. He measured the windows and then left for his other appointments. At the end of the week (this was 2 weeks before Christmas), I reached out to Chris and informed him I would like to proceed to get the windows with his company. He sent out a contract a day later. I printed it out, signed and sent it back to him via Email. Due to the amount of windows I was replacing, Chris offered 2-tempered glass windows and 3 bottom-frosted windows free of charge. Other companies wanted $400 just for those features. About 2-3 weeks later, I reached out to Chris to get an update on the windows. He informed me it’ll take 1-2 extra weeks for the windows to be delivered from the manufacture. One week later on a Sunday, Chris texted me to let me know the windows have finally all arrived and whether I was available the next day to get them installed. I was out of town and will be back on Sunday (7 days later). He said he’ll reach out later in the week to schedule something to get the windows installed. On Friday, he reached out again and we scheduled the upcoming Monday (MLK day) for the installation. Monday morning at 8AM, his 2-man crew finally arrived with a truck full of windows. The two men did a great job removing my old windows and installing the new windows. They also insulated window pockets as needed. Once they were done, they caulked the windows trims. The windows were just the right size so their fit was snug and air tight. Chris did a great job measuring the window sizes and his crew did an excellent job installing the windows. They replaced all 17 windows in 1 day and were done by 6PM. I was so happy with their work, I tipped each person $20. My house used to feel “chilling” cold even when the heat was set at 72. Now at 66, it feels warm. This was the best investment I’ve ever made. It was the right choice to work with Chris and his company. I’ve started referring him to my friends and co-workers already.

Chris came. Measured the windows. Looked at our other windows AND made some adjustment/fixes at no charge. He ordered the windows. Came and took the old windows out and came back a few hours later and put the new ones in. Easy, Peasy.

Chris was responded to me the same day. After calling three contractors he actually was the only one who responded to me. He set up a time to come over on a Saturday. Texted me when he was on his way and Arrived on time. Took a few days to order the parts and he came as scheduled and fixed it for a reasonable price.

All other window companies were telling me they did not have time to just come out and fix one window. Chris responded quickly, called and made an appointment to come out and measure. From there, he ordered the glass, came out the next week and installed. He was great to work with and is a very nice guy. Would certainly use again.

Chris came with Mark and Steve to our house on time in the morning on May 9, 2016. They installed 19 windows for us; 13 Diamond Windows and 6 Soft-Lite Windows. Our kitchen and family room windows have dark color wood frame. Chris ordered the Soft-Lite Woodgrain (Brazilian Cheery Color) for us that match our windows wood frames perfectly. Even they are vinyl, but look like real wood. The new windows look beautiful in our house. We expect these quality windows will last for very long time. Chris is a honest and sincere person. Mark and Steve are also very pleasant and enthusiastic. They are all professional and experienced workers. They worked very hard and work as a very good team. We would be happy to recommend Chris to our friends and relatives when they need to replace their current windows.

For the 10' x 4' picture window in our living room, Chris was able to get the window manufacturer to fuse 4 double-hung windows together to replace the 1960's era picture window in my living room.  We ended up using 4 x 30" wide double hungs and it looks great!  We were able to customize the double-pane windows with grid lines on the top pane only.  He quoted $1200 installed for this window.
Chris also installed a new tempered glass double-hung in our bathroom (to meet building codes for when we renovate our bathroom this summer).  Chris was so much cheaper ($500 installed) than the bathroom renovation contractor, who wanted $1000 installed.
We had Chris replace 4 sliders in each of the bedrooms.  These were large 6' x 1.5' sliders priced at $350 each installed.  And, we had him replace 1 traditional double-hung in the bedroom for $325 installed.
Overall the price was excellent.  It took 3 days for Chris and his crew (Mark and Joe) to remove the existing windows, install and shim the new windows, re-trim the inside, and completely trim out the outside with new aluminum flashing.  Chris, Mark, and Joe are all very courteous and they do a very nice job.  We are 100% satisfied.
This was our 2nd time using Chris and his team.  We'd previously had them replace 5 basement window sliders in January of 2016 for $250 each.  This included removal, install, basic interior re-trimming (unfinished basement) and all new aluminum trim flashing outside.
Eventually, we plan to have Chris and his team back to replace our sun room windows.  His price, quality, and service can't be beat.
Thanks Chris!

I called Chris for an estimate and he promptly came out the very next day to provide me a quote. While at my house he had taken measurements and said what he would do as far as taking out the windows, hauling them away and installing a new double hung storm windows. He explained to me about the variation of windows and even gave me a short history lesson on how far windows have come... He then gave me the estimate before he left.
After a few days, Christ wrote up a contract, I signed it, gave him 20% down and the windows were ordered. The windows took a couple weeks to come in and as soon as they came in he scheduled a day that worked best for me.
The day of install, Chris came with Mark to show him which windows went where. Mark was great. Very clean, polite, professional, and pretty quick. He knocked out all 8 windows by himself in about 6 hours or so, it was pretty impressive. He covered everything and there wasn't any dust, dirt or debris left behind. I highly recommend these guys if you're looking to get some solid windows, at a great price and excellent service!

Chris and Mark were excellent!  From scheduling an estimate to completing the work, they were top notch.  Chris ordered the windows promptly and began installation two weeks after the estimate.  He communicated well throughout the process and performed exactly the job he said he would.  There were no surprises and the final bill was exactly what I was quoted, even though the installation was a bit difficult because of the age of the house.  Mark did the installation and he made sure that I reviewed each window before the job was complete so that I could confirm my satisfaction with each one.  I highly recommend Window Master for any window job.
For reference, Chris uses Diamond Windows.  They seem to be a pretty good window for a reasonable price, and are way better than whatever was installed in my home previously.

I called Chris Keane at Window Master on the advice of my next door neighbor, who hired Chris a couple years ago to replace 53 windows in his older style home.  My neighbor raved about the work quality and said I would be foolish not to at least call Chris for an evaluation and estimate.  My neighbor had referred several of his friends to Chris and they all had the same positive experience.  I am happy to say that I hired Chris for the job and he lived up to and even exceeded his prestine reputation.  First of all, the house had all old windows, probably at least 40 years old and very inefficient.  There were 59 windows to replace, many different sizes and styles.  Chris came to the house on time for the initial visit, looked at all the windows and offered some great suggestions.  He also educated me on windows (which I knew almost nothing about!) and brought a sample window to show me exactly what I'd be getting.  We replaced the majority of the windows with similar style newer energy efficient windows, but about 10 or so windows were old "crank-out" style windows that we wanted to replace with more traditional double hung windows, which of course is more complicated than a simple replacement.  Chris gave me a quote for the job on site at the very first visit.  We hired him on the spot.  He said it would take 2-3 weeks for the windows to be delivered and that he would install them "right away", and that the job would probably take three days.  Sure enough, the windows showed up 2 weeks later and Chris called me to schedule a convenient time for installation.  The job took just under three days, which is incredible given the large size of the job.  Everything looks great.  His crew was careful in the house, used drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves.  Windows look awesome.  I have hired many contractors over the years and it is rare and refreshing to find someone who does exactly what they say they will do, on agreed upon timeline, at such a high quality level, and a very competitive price.  I can't say enough good things about Chris and his crew.  A++ all around!!!

I first called WindowMaster to try to fix a couple of windows with broken sashes (the tops fell down or bottoms wouldn't stay up). Unfortunately my windows are extremely large and he couldn't find the part. However, the cost to fix the window would have been around $150 and the new windows were around $260-285 per window - ended up being a no brainer to install brand new windows for the whole house. I was surprised how reasonable the price was (my only other comparison was Anderson, which was multiples of this price). The price varied by size of window & if I wanted the "grill". We only got those on the front 4 windows of the house that face the street. We did elect to leave the storm windows on the front of the house because the cost to remove and re-wrap with aluminium was higher (only 3 windows had that and it can't hurt to have in the winter).
Chris, with one other guy (Mark) started at 1 pm on Monday and were done by 2 pm on Tuesday. I was very happy the work could be done that quickly. They did tidy-up after themselves and walked thru the installation with me (tips to keeping the windows working, etc). They had to take down some of the molding to replace the window and then reinstalled it - some of it did get chipped / damaged, which is a little disappointing. I will have to fill-in with wood filler. I knew ahead of time that painting was not included and might need to be done. Some areas were not caulked because they needed paintable caulk, which he doesn't use. So I will have to handle that as well.
His warantee on the windows is not transferable if we sell, which I believe is normal. Overall, I really think I got quality work for a great value and would use WindowMaster for the future.

Chris is reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and fair priced.  In fact he even came in lower than others.  I am very pleased with the work he and Mark did.  Very nice and helpful and made sure the job was done right.  I can't ask for anything more than what they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Mark did a great job replacing my old drafty vinyl windows, I have replaced a couple windows myself but I was not willing to take on 12 windows by myself.  Chris is very nice and everything was done in a day, they also took all the old windows away and cleaned up very well.  I'm also very satisfied with the quality of the new windows.

I met Chris through my home inspector who highly recommended him for replacement windows jobs. We recently purchased a large single family home with 56 windows that were in poor shape. Chris showed up shortly after we spoke on over the phone and took his time to measure the windows. Although we had 13!!! Different sizes, he measured and ordered all 56 windows correctly. They were delivered a week after and thats when the magic begun! I stopped by a day and a half later to check on the progress. All 56 windows were installed and looked great! Chris uses Energy Efficient Diamond 2000 series windows that are good quality and economical. On a personal level, Chris is one of the nicest guys to meet and a pleasure to deal with. He is polite, punctual, easy to get in touch with and takes pride in his work. I've already been recommending the Window Master to my friends and family. A+!!!
