Jim returned my call promptly and set up an appt for the same week. He arrived on time and did a great job tuning the piano. He also took the time to explain the overall condition of the piano and possible next steps.

I have used Walsh Piano Tuning for many years. He is punctual and very serious about his work. He wants to make sure the pianist is satisfied with the tuning. He is very helpful on questions because he is very experienced. He always remains professional and pleasant.
