Toyota of Braintree

They were very good. We went to a guy we really like and his name is Ed Hayes.

It could have been way better. It took a long time to do it. You can go and do it all day. It is like buying something from the grocery store. This is the one we want, here is the money, let's go. What is the big deal. Why go to your manager four times.

Their service is very good. They are actually very responsive. Good Quality. I am happy with the service.

They have maintained my car when I have needed whatever to keep up with the warranties. They have done my oil changes.

I showed up there and they took me right in.    I've never had a problem with them.  They do what I need them to do, and usually the timing and price are okay.  The workers are good.  We go in there all the time; that's where we bought are car from and that's where we take it. 

Since purchasing this certified preowned vehicle in October 2013, I have had numerous problems with the vehicle that one would not expect from a car that claims to pass a rigorous certification process to be sold as a certified preowned vehicle.  The CARFAX provided prior to the purchase was a clean one with no incidents reported.  The biggest problem I encountered was the front drivers side fender – there was always a loud rattling when driving at highway speeds.  I brought the vehicle in MANY times and finally they were able to determine that the fender was not properly secured to the frame (i.e. loose screw). 

 

In December 2015, I was trading this vehicle for a new car at another dealership.  I didn’t get the best deal on the trade and at that point learned that the vehicle had been in 2 car accidents prior to my purchase in October 2013.  These accidents were not disclosed to me prior to the purchase.  I wouldn’t expect a vehicle with 2 accidents to be marketed for sale as a certified preowned vehicle.

 

While I appreciate the Toyota brand, I cannot say I would do business with Toyota of Braintree in the future.

Everything wrong with the car-buying experience! Our sales guy, Tony, gave us a quote on a new car, including the monthly payment breakdown for the standard 24, 36, 60 mo. plans. However, he ZEROED OUT the sales tax line as well as dealer fees from those figures! So those number were lies - a carrot dangling from a stick to get us to sign and give the down-payment, and then we would have been slammed by the full fees once it was too late. Ultimately, we had a great buying experience only 10 min. away at Boch. I caution anybody from shopping at Turducken or whatever this shady enterprise is called.

It was free. I bought the car from them. They were highly recommended by a woman at church. They were very nice. They were easy to work with.

We were in the market for a new toyota Rav 4. We stopped at Toyota of Braintree, where we met Brian McGrath our salesman.we researched what our trade was worth and what we should get off the msrp of the new Rav 4. Brian was great, there was zero pressure to buy and he was able to answered all or questions. We were able to get the amount we wanted to get for the trade as well as a great discount off the msrp. We would highly recommend doing business with this dealer, and Brian McGrath

My overall experience with them was excellent.

I have purchased several vehicles from Toyota of Braintree, and have always been very happy with the experience. I have used the same salesperson, Bob Wilfand, and his professionalism, courtesy and dedication to customer service are exceptional.

The entire experience has been a pleasure, and I would recommend that you use Bob and Toyota of Braintree if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Overall grade "A"

I've been very satified. The only downfall is that sometimes the wait is a little long, however everyone is very friendly.

They put a new water pump and a new thermostat. They are very good. They don't try and oversell a product.

The last time around, they did general maintenance work including oil and grease type stuff and repairs. My experience with them has been very good. They can be trusted in terms of their honesty and their work. I have insurance because I bought the car from them, and they have worked very well to make sure that I get credit for the insurance part of the bill. I would use them again in the future; in fact, I am going to leave my car with them tomorrow.
